SHIPMENT & RETURN
SHIPPING POLICY
- We provide free delivery to orders in Canada within 7 working days after payment.
- Big orders and international orders may take longer due to lead time and processing time.
- For international orders, customers as importers would pay all associated taxes, tariffs and fees.
RETURN POLICY
- Items must be returned to PowerSteam Inc within 10 days from the delivery date
- Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable labor cost and supplies to repair damages if any.
- Returned items must be in the original packing conditions.
- Customers have to pay return freight charge and other associated fees.
- Refund will be issued within 30 days from the day we receive the returned items, after deducting applicable charges (if any).
